KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Quizzbizz CEO, Maik Fuellmann spoke at the KConnect 2018 about knowledge management in the era of industry 4.0. The annual conference and workshops enable knowledge exchange between practitioners and academics.
KConnect conferences round up the best practitioners and industry leaders in knowledge management. They develop ideas, innovations, and insights from the captains of communities of practice and bring diverse voices together in productive ways.
The event was jointly hosted by the Public Works Department Malaysia (JKR) and Knowledge Connections. Chris Haylock from IBM Collaboration and Talent Solutions and Maik Fuellmann delivered keynotes on the human dimension of knowledge management. And they were accompanied by a panel of experts from business and education. Panelists Dr. Megat Zuhairy (JKR), Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ridza Wahiddin (ILUM), Puan Wan Noraini Abdul Rahman (MIDA), and Dato Dr. Zaiton Osman put their heads together for best practices in communities of practice.
Later in the afternoon, participants had the opportunity to join the KX games. In this interactive exercise different groups worked on the Uniquizz platform to collaborate, compete, and test themselves in different knowledge-related categories. The participants experienced the power of bite-sized learning while answering more than 4,000 questions within just the first two hours.
Knowledge Connections is an organization that manages knowledge assets, and solves critical and challenging problems in managing explicit and tacit knowledge. They work directly with leaders who collaborate to develop and accept recommendations, and have the ability to implement them.
